There are many many Wind Turbine manufacturers and as many issues relating to erecting one. Is the wind speed good enough? Will it be too noisy, will the next door neighborough boycott the unsightly electricity producing wind mill?
All so may issues, not to mention the blades falling off.
Wind Turbines have to be considered in every possible location to meet renewable energy targets. But the small scale machines will only ever be considered after years of planning. So what are the solutions?
